Every 15 days we see a different film, usually the favorite of someone on the team, and we have this space to talk among ourselves.
Coffee in the corridor
As we know that virtuality sometimes makes it difficult to relate beyond work, we have a 15-minute daily space where anyone who wants to can join to talk about anything (except work).

On-Site
The on-site is an event that we carry out periodically in person to meet as a team and strengthen our relationships. By having a virtual 100% job, this space becomes important because it allows the human connection that is often lost in a remote work environment. While technology has given us great flexibility to collaborate from anywhere, there is no question that direct, physical interaction with our colleagues is invaluable.
During the on-site, we have the opportunity to get to know each other personally, share experiences and forge stronger ties.
In addition, the on-site gives us the opportunity to carry out joint activities that encourage teamwork and collaboration. Through dynamics, workshops and brainstorming sessions, we can boost our creativity and find innovative solutions to the challenges we face in our daily work.
Another important aspect of the on-site is the possibility of conducting training and talks in person. We take advantage of this space to share knowledge, update skills and learn from experts in different areas. Direct interaction with the trainers and the possibility to ask questions in real time enrich our learning experience.
Coexistence outside the virtual environment strengthens ties and creates a sense of belonging to the company.
